when I grow up - part 2
And what have you NEVER wanted to be? For me, I have never, ever wanted to waitress, to be a reporter, or to be the US President. I'm glad other folks do!
A journal pondering my role as both mom and world citizen

I have never wanted to be:
A worker in a fast food restuarant.
A Univ. of Tennessee fan or alum.
A sinner (but became one anyway)
A spectacle (but alas,...)
A proctologist.
In pain (sorry Tim).
Tony
I have never wanted to be a teacher. I mean like a school teacher. I am VERY grateful for ALL those souls out there who teach, have taught or who want to teach.
An office worker (oh well)
A politician
An elementary/nursery/jr. high school teacher
Bus driver/retail (which I did anyway)/anything that requires dealing with the public directly
Mathmatician
Librarian (hated Dewey Decimal)
I could never be a dentist or a barber. Or any other profession where you have to routinely touch people's parts--any parts.
I have never wanted to be anything that involved having to wear a tie everyday... so far so good!
I would never want to be:
A night guard at Alcatraz.
A pooper scooper at the zoo.
Any kind of medical person.
And for Tony, I live in Texas, what are the odds of me being a U of TN fan??

Being the most indoor of indoor girls, I would never want to hold a job that required me to work outside!
Dr or Nurse
Teacher
Politician
I can't believe I forgot this one...I have NEVER wanted to be an astronaut!!!
