sweet season

I love autumn. Spiced tea and pumpkin bread and fall foliage and cold fronts make me happy.

I find that I love the changing of all seasons. By the time the next one comes around, I'm always ready. Unfortunately, here in Louisiana, fall won't really arrive with consistently cooler weather until sometime after Halloween.

I love Fall...although it is this time of year, that I can truly start to HATE living in Texas...it has been 100 degrees lately! But just today, it is so nice, in the 70s...I am so ready for what I like to call "football weather"...I have so many memories of bundling up in blankets on Friday nights and going to football games...I'm ready for my sweaters, and I'll take some of that pumpkin bread and spiced tea also!
By the way, I posted some questions on my blog about traveling with a baby...love to have your insights...

Makes me very happy, too! I don't have any good recipes for spiced tea, but I make a really good pumpkin bread. Want to get together sometime and share?

I LONG for cool weather here in Houston! Fall is my favorite season because I fell in love with my husband in the fall. The smells and colors and sights remind me of that "new love" feeling and makes me want to "make love" to my husband!!! (Is that TMI?)
