Shields responds to Cruise

Here is Brooke Shields' response to Tom Cruise's recent remarks about Shields using antidepressants to treat her postpartum depression: “Tom Cruise’s comments are irresponsible and dangerous. Tom should stick to saving the world from aliens and let women who are experiencing postpartum depression decide what treatment options are best for them." Go girl!!! I am glad that Tom isn't going to get away easily with his big foot in his mouth. Maybe he'll keep his opinions to himself next time. Probably not.

I don't suppose Tom would know anything about post-partum depression since the woman he was married to (Nicole Kidman) choose the adopt so that she wouldn't get fat from being preganant. Not that there's anything wrong with adoption--adoption is a noble deed.

You would think a 45-year-old dating a 27-year-old would just take her out to Chuck-E-Cheeses' and mind his own business.

P.S. I saw Jeff and Ronda a few weeks ago. They're doing well, living in Dallas, and Jeff is working at Saturn Road CofC.

Umm, the reason that Kidman & Cruise adopted is because one of them can't have children (they never would say which one) so, while Tom is an idiot, it is a little unfair to say that the only reason that Kidman adopted is because she "didn't want to get fat". The Chuck E. Cheese comment was hilarious.
