that's life

Well, life has preempted blogging. Obviously. Visiting grandparents, Fourth of July, househunting, an injured shoulder. You know. Stuff like that. The grandparents and Fourth festivities were much enjoyed. The torn rotator cuff...not so much. And after eight months of househunting with nothing to show for it, I'm about to write that off as well. C'est la vie. And for the five of you who read my blog, that's why I haven't been writing.

Bet it is more than 5.

I have had torn rotator cuffs off and on in my life. It is like someone driving an ice-pick into your shoulder when you rotate your arm to that one precise spot.

I truly feel your pain.

I don't know what torn rotator cuffs are like, but I'm sorry about you having to go through that. I have missed your posts.

There are definitely more than five of us.

There have to be more than five of us. And don't feel badly if there aren't... I'll bet not more than five read my blog. :)

Hang in there.

If you read this blog, post something (even if it's just your name) to let Jana know about it.

How did you tear your rotator cuff?

I've never torn mine, but I've had a dislocted shoulder several times, and it is by far some of the worst pain I've endured.

I read this blog and I don't even "know" you! I just came across it one day through others' blogs and got hooked. You've now been in my "blogs to check" bookmark list on my computer for a while and I check regularly for new posts.... but have been missing them lately. You sound a bit down, so I'll pray for God to bless you today.

I'm still reading. Taking a break from house hunting may be a very wise thing to do. It may also be more productive than looking after you've burned out.

So I guess that means the contract you put on that house we talked about fell through? Sorry to hear that. House hunting can be very stressful.

I'm still reading, too! I amways enjoy your lively way of describing things and your honest heart.

I am sorry that you are hurt and I am also sorry for the unsuccessful house hunting. Where are you hoping to move? It took us a loooooong time to find what we were looking for and I have no desire whatsoever to ever move again - it's just too darn stressful. Hang in there!

Sorry about the shoulder. No fun when you have a baby to carry around!
